One thing to get used to from my blog posts is that I'm a English major who likes to show off, so majority of my posts are either going to flow like a story or some kind of middle of the night hasty stream of consciousness; that's just unavoidable. Sorry/Not Sorry.
Anyways, my name's Ukachi Irobereachi, though for some odd reason I've decided to go by UK in college, but that doesn't matter, because I'm Irobereachi-san to you, and I'm your typical weeb. Watched anime as a kid, loved it, made it my obsession as a teen and it haunts me in my adult years, blah-blah. See, typical.
I am excited to learn Japanese though. Like, super duper excited. Excited enough to open my mouth in class when I'm not supposed to and get frustrated when I think I know a word we've barely learned because of all the anime and drama's I've watched kind of excited.
This is going to be a middle of the night hasty stream on consciousness kind of night. My deepest apologies.
Okay, I'm going to wrap this up. I'm a Pre-Health and English major, with interests in Japanese culture and a yearning to make that official and take it in as a whole as opposed to just the juicy entertaining bits. From what I've experienced, this class is super fun and I'm glad to be taking it. I'm in Mustard Creative Writing Club and poke my head in the African Student Association at times, though why that's any of your business, I don't know.
Gee, I can't wait to mix Japanese characters into this hot mess.
This is going to be great ~
